主な業務内容：

- にぎりを含む様々な寿司や日本料理（焼き物、煮物、揚げ物など）の調理
- 食材の準備と在庫管理
- 料理長と協力してメニュー開発や季節料理の考案
- 高い衛生基準の維持と厨房の清掃
- 管理職候補の場合、後輩スタッフの指導やスキル向上のサポート

- 日本料理と寿司の調理に熟練している方
- レストランでの寿司職人としての経験
- 高級ダイニングでの経験
