We are seeking a Strategic HR Director for a leading company in the online industry.

This role involves advising senior leaders on HR strategies, working closely with the market CEO, and influencing global HR strategies. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, engage in high-level decision-making, and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise senior leaders on HR strategies that support business growth.
- Lead HR projects like succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Support global operations and manage transformation projects.
- Create HR policies that fit local market needs.
- Manage the HR team in Japan and work with the Chinese market.
- Handle the HR budget and align strategies with business goals.

- Strong understanding of business and practical HR skills.
- Experience in global teamwork, managing complex structures, and leading change.
- Skilled in strategic planning, coaching, and consulting.
