We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead change management efforts in a B2B services setting. This global role offers a flexible hybrid work model. The successful candidate will manage HR practices across regions, lead strategic changes, and help create an engaging work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement HR strategies that align with global goals, working with global HR teams to develop best practices.
- Lead change initiatives and advise business leaders on HR trends and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on legal changes to ensure HR policies comply with regulations, and handle legal and contract negotiations.
- Mentor and coach HR team leaders, providing training and development to meet team goals.
- Promote a positive work environment focused on employee satisfaction and retention by analyzing engagement data and improving employee experiences.
- Manage workforce planning, succession, and performance strategies, ensuring smooth onboarding and recruitment processes.
- Use HR data to enhance HR functions and create business dashboards for strategic insights.
- Oversee employee benefits and wellness programs, ensuring they are relevant and compliant, and work with vendors to improve employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skilled in various HR functions, including employee relations and talent management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills; a second major language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business.
