主な業務内容：

- スパの日常業務を管理し、優れたサービスとゲスト満足度を提供する。
- クライアントを引き付け、維持するためのマーケティング戦略を策定・実施する。
- スタッフの採用、トレーニング、評価を行い、高いパフォーマンスを維持する。
- ホテルの経営陣と連携し、スパサービスを全体のゲスト提供に調和させる。
- 予算管理、在庫管理、財務報告を監督し、効率的な運営を実現する。
- 健康、安全、業界標準の遵守を確保する。

応募資格：

- スパ管理または関連するホスピタリティ分野での3年以上の経験。
- チームを管理し、動機付けるリーダーシップスキル。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
- マーケティング戦略を策定し、収益を拡大する能力。
- スパの運営および製品に関する知識。
- 関連するソフトウェアおよび財務管理ツールの使用に精通していること。
