You will be embedded directly within the power trading desk, working closely with traders and analysts to deliver practical, high-impact technology solutions.Your focus will be enhancing existing tools and building new capabilities that improve trading efficiency across the full trade lifecycle. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, clean and maintainable engineering practices, and the ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced trading environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with C# / .NET (Core, Web API)
- Strong Excel development skills (Power Query, VBA, C# or Python add-ins)
- Working knowledge of Python
- Fluency in English (Japanese proficiency is preferred but not mandatory)
