This role goes beyond traditional finance IT. Projects leverage cloud, mobile technologies, and generative AI, and you’ll be involved from early PoC and requirements definition through full-scale delivery. Small, agile teams (5–8 engineers) ensure real ownership, impact, and fast decision-making.

- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer managing 3+ engineers
- Strong system design and cloud architecture experience
- Comfort working in multinational, English-speaking teams
- FinTech or high-security system experience is a plus
