You'll be responsible for enhancing workplace efficiency and functionality by developing strategy and implementing new technologies such as IoT and Smart Building solutions.

業務内容:

• 現行インフラに、占有センサー、デスク予約システム、セキュリティシステムなどの技術ソリューションを統合します。
• ビジネスニーズを満たすソリューションを提供し実装するために、技術ベンダーと連携します。
• ビジネス要件と技術能力の間のギャップを埋めます。
• DevOpsの実践を適用し、効率的な実装のための技術統合プロセスを管理します。
• 新しいシステムが既存のITインフラストラクチャと互換性があることを保証します。
• 技術的に進んだワークスペースの開発をリードします。

応募資格:

• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号。
• ビル管理に関連するハードウェアおよびソフトウェアインフラストラクチャの経験。
• IoTおよびスマートビルディング技術の知識。
• 職場のITシステムを管理し、技術的な問題をトラブルシューティングする能力。
• ベンダー管理と技術ソリューション実装の経験。
• DevOpsの実践および技術展開プロセスに精通していること。
