業務内容：

• バジェット、財務予測、および業務指標追跡の準備と管理。
• 一時的な業務問題に対するアドホック分析の実施。
• パフォーマンス指標の開発とモニタリング、トレンドの強調と予期せぬ偏差の原因分析。
• 管理チームと協力し、金融戦略と計画の策定。
• 企業の金融計画の推進、パフォーマンスとリスクの分析。

応募要件：

• FP&A（財務計画及び分析）に関する5年以上の実務経験。
• 財務ソフトウェアアプリケーションの使いこなせる方。
• 分析能力とコミュニケーション能力を兼ね備えた方。
• 金融モデリングと予測に関する実績がある方。
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に計画し、優先順位をつけて実行できる方。
