Responsibilities:

• Take on responsibilities for international expansion / new market hiring initiatives.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from end-to-end.
• Develop recruitment strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Create reports on talent insights and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in tech industry (preferred).
• Data analysis skills.
• Able to work in multicultural / international environments.
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
