  • Lead hands-on software architecture design and development, taking ownership from design to implementation
  • Build and evolve in-house software products, working closely with real production codebases
  • Develop hardware control software (e.g. cameras, lasers, motion control, sensors) as part of integrated systems
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive execution
  • Coordinate development schedules, manage progress, and guide the team to deliver high-quality software
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on software development experience (C++, C#, Python, Java, etc.)
  • Experience leading software development across multiple layers (application to embedded)
  • Hands-on experience with hardware-integrated software
  • 1+ year experience as a technical lead or project owner
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English
