Our client are a global leader in luxury fashion, recruiting a Senior Retail Manager. You'll oversee more than 15 full-price stores selling products in leather goods and ready-to-wear categories.

This is a management role with team leadership responsibilities. You will report directly to the Japan Country Manager.

Our client offers flex-time and remote work.

• レザーグッズおよびアパレルを販売する15店舗以上のフルプライスストアの運営管理
• リテールチームのリードおよび管理
• 売上戦略の策定と実行
• デパートやその他のステークホルダーとの関係管理
• カントリーマネージャーへの直接報告
• グローバル本社との連携

応募資格:

• リテールマネジメントの経験5年以上
• ラグジュアリーファッションでの経験
• チーム管理能力
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
