A leading company in the retail sector is looking for an experienced Talent Management Manager. This role is crucial in improving company structures and enhancing talent processes to ensure the company attracts, keeps, and develops top talent for long-term success. Key Responsibilities:

  • - Review and improve organizational structures to boost efficiency and teamwork.
  • - Lead change management efforts for smooth transitions during company changes.
  • - Create and implement talent management strategies, including hiring, onboarding, and leadership development.
  • - Work with the Global Justice and Belonging team to integrate core values into everyday activities.
  • - Develop programs for employee growth and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • - Guide and support team members, monitoring their performance and project outcomes.
  • - Manage talent processes and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • - Build strong relationships at all levels, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
  • - Use data analysis to evaluate the success of talent initiatives and find areas for improvement.
  • - Work with senior leaders and department heads to ensure initiatives are aligned and communicated well.


Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • - At least 8-10 years of experience in organizational design and talent management.
  • - Skilled in organizational development and talent management strategies.
  • - Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Skilled in data analysis.
  • - Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and Culture Amp.
  • - Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • - Must have authorization to work in Japan.
