Responsibilities:

• - Lead recruitment by working with local and international hiring teams to find the best talent.

• - Manage benefit programs, ensuring accurate data and clear communication.
• - Plan and manage training and HR activities to increase employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment and agency management.
• - Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• - Business-level English proficiency and corporate experience.
• - Experience in benefits management and policy development is a plus.
• - Interested in developing both operational and strategic skills in a global setting.
