Our client, a top-tier global healthcare company, is seeking a Human Resources General Manager to lead HR strategy and execution across three business units in Japan, APAC, and globally. This role offers the opportunity to act as a strategic HR business partner, collaborating with senior leaders and driving a people-focused agenda aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities:
  • - Lead HR strategy for Commercial, R&D units in Japan
  • - Design talent acquisition and development strategies
  • - Collaborate on leadership development and career pathing
  • - Execute HRIS and Total Rewards initiatives
  • - Ensure HR operational efficiency in Japan
  • - Align HR agenda with business growth priorities

Qualifications:
  • - 15+ years in HR, 8+ years in HR management
  • - Japanese native level, English business level
  • - Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
  • - Experience in healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Experience in talent acquisition and development
  • - Experience in organizational design and effectiveness
  • - Experience in performance management systems
