Global Chatbot Leader | Golang | Scalable Systems

A top-tier chatbot company with a strong global footprint is looking for experienced backend engineers (Senior to Principal level) to help scale their core product. You'll work in a fully remote, cross-functional team, contributing to a platform used by major clients worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and scale backend systems (Golang)

• Lead architecture decisions and collaborate across teams

• Drive technical quality and long-term scalability

Requirements:

• 8+ years backend experience (Golang or prior Golang exposure required)

• Strong CS fundamentals; web app experience from scratch

• Leadership experience is a major plus

• English OK; Japanese a big advantage
