We're looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join a fully remote, international team where you'll work on high-traffic systems, collaborate across borders, and contribute to products used at scale. What You'll Do:

• Own backend feature development across the full software lifecycle-from architecture and implementation to release and iteration

• Build scalable, performant APIs and services for a large-scale B2C platform

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in a flat, agile team structure

• Evaluate and integrate modern tools and practices to keep our stack forward-looking and efficient

What You Bring:

• Solid experience building backend systems for high-scale consumer platforms

• Proficiency in at least one core language: Kotlin, Go, Python, or Java

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

• Fluent English (Japanese is a plus, but not required)
