Our client, a luxury fashion company with headquarters in Rome and operations in Japan, is seeking a Sr. PR Manager to lead communication activities in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to manage a larger team and develop innovative PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop local PR strategy for women's and men's collections
  • - Lead local PR team of 3 permanent and 1 temp staff
  • - Plan and execute PR events locally and globally
  • - Build relationships with media, influencers, and celebrities
  • - Maximize media coverage for events and projects
  • - Coordinate with Rome HQ for PR strategy alignment
  • - Manage product placement activities and reporting

  • 女性・男性コレクションにおけるローカルPR戦略の策定
  • 3名の正社員と1名の派遣社員からなるローカルPRチームのリード
  • 国内外でのPRイベントの企画・実施
  • メディア、インフルエンサー、有名人との関係構築
  • イベントやプロジェクトのメディア露出最大化
  • ローマ本社とのPR戦略の連携
  • 製品プレースメント活動およびレポーティングの管理



Qualifications:

  • - 5+ years PR experience in luxury fashion brands
  • - Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • - Business-level English proficiency
  • - Experience with PR strategy development and execution
  • - Strong relationships with press and media
  • - Experience managing PR teams
  • - Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer engagement
  • - Event planning and execution skills

  • ラグジュアリーファッションブランドでの5年以上のPR経験
  • 日本語: ネイティブレベル
  • 英語: ビジネスレベル
  • PR戦略の開発・実施経験
  • メディアとの強固な関係構築経験
  • PRチームの管理経験
  • ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームやインフルエンサーエンゲージメントに精通
  • イベント企画・実施のスキル
