Our client are a leading medical device manufacturer, recruiting Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join a leading company in the medical device sector.

You'll take charge planning, executing, and managing a wide range of marketing and public relations activities. This is a great chance to take on wider responsibilities and enhance your skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead marketing communication plans.
• - Analyze market insights and competitor data to.
• - Localize APAC marketing messages for Japan.
• - Create marketing materials (eg. brochures, ads, and direct mail).
• - Identify optimal communication channels for engaging with doctors, speech therapists, and recipients.
• - Support events & promotions.
• - Formulate and implement digital communication strategies to boost revenue and customer engagement.
• - Develop customer segments and lead direct digital strategy.
• - Assist with product launch strategy.
• - Develop and execute PR plans; manage PR external agencies.
• - Collaborate with product management, field teams, APAC team.

Qualifications:

• - 3+ years experience with marketing communications.
• - Experience within the medical device industry
• - Hearing solutions / cochlear implant experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• - Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
