Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR support across multiple sites or countries

- Advise leaders on aligning people strategy with business goals

- Apply local labor laws in employee and labor relations

- Resolve complex HR issues using in-depth knowledge

- Lead HR projects with manageable risks and resources

Qualifications:

- 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing

- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

- Experience in employee and labor relations

- Ability to manage HR projects with manageable risks

- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not mandatory

- Strong communication skills for various organizational levels
