Role & Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement personnel strategies
• Manage team and member engagement activities
• Develop and enforce HR policies and operational rules
• Manage labor aspects such as timekeeping, payroll, and social insurance
• Handle recruitment strategies and interview processes
• Oversee HR development initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly labour management.
• Team management experience (preferred)
• Experience communicating with overseas branch offices or headquarters (preferred)
