Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to improve operational efficiency; lead projects from start to finish.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, facilitating the adoption and scalability of successful initiatives.
• Collaborate globally and cross-functionally.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Leadership skills.
• Experience in management consulting or similar (preferred).
• Proven ability to think strategically and implement decisions tactically.
• Data analysis skills.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
