As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in clarifying business requirements, coordinating with international teams, and spearheading initiatives for service introduction across diverse countries.
Business Analysis and Requirements Definition:
- Elaborate on business requirements for internal and external engineers.
- Translate business requirements into functional system requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business figures in different countries, coordinating functions and solutions attainable in the global system.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster collaboration with business representatives and engineers to harmonize and outline requirements for system design.
- Coordinate and cooperate with a range of stakeholders across various countries in a global business setting.
- Transform requirements into tangible system designs and implementations.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Formulate and execute test plans in alignment with business requirements.

- A track record of 8+ years as a business analyst.
- Proficiency in upstream system processes (business analysis, requirements definition) for business systems.
- Experience in managing global projects and navigating the intricacies of global business.
- The ability to coordinate and collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders across multiple countries.
- A keen logical aptitude and strong articulation skills.
- Familiarity with business and engineering terminology.
- Capability to document requirements with an understanding of SDLC.
- A genuine interest in staying abreast of the latest technology trends.
- Proficiency in English at a business level (if you are Japanese), or
- Proficiency in a Japanese at a business level if you are an expat living in Japan (N3 or above)
- Basic comprehension of financial operations, with an emphasis on banks and securities.
- Prior involvement in the introduction and evolution of ERP.
- Experience in the development and implementation of business systems.
