A top international bank in Japan is looking for a Senior Auditor (AVP) to join their team. This role is important for carrying out detailed audits to improve the bank's risk management and controls. You will help improve audit processes and support the bank's strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

• Perform audits, analyze findings, and collaborate with teams to develop practical solutions.
• Ensure audits are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively identify risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Enhance audit processes, including leveraging automation tools.
• Deliver timely and reliable audit assurance in line with company policies.
• Build strong relationships with management to deepen understanding of operations.
• Work independently and provide expert guidance to stakeholders and team members.
• Evaluate business risks to ensure alignment with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of audit experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
