業務内容:

• 財務報告書の正確性とコンプライアンスの確認と作成
• 総勘定元帳の管理と月末締め作業の実施
• 各チームと連携し、財務プロセスの効率化を推進
• 予算編成と予測のサポートを通じて意思決定を支援
• 差異分析を行い、トレンドを特定し洞察を提供
• 国内外の会計基準への適合性を確保
• 監査サポートとして書類提供と質問対応

応募資格:

• 会計の経験、特に金融サービスまたは製造業界での経験が望ましい
• 会計原則および財務ルールに関する強い知識
• 会計ソフトウェアおよびMicrosoft Office、特にExcelに精通
• 優れた分析力、問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力
• 迅速な環境で独立して、またはチームで働く能力
• 日本語が堪能で、英語の実務知識があるとなお良い
