SAP Business Analyst

Job Title: SAP Business Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description: Our company is seeking a talented SAP Business Analyst who is fluent in both English and Japanese to join companies from different industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders and international teams to work with SAP category in general.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions, including but not limited to SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP APO, and SAP CRM
• Support end-users with system issues, troubleshooting, and training
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers
• Translate technical information and documents from English to Japanese, and vice versa

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support
• Bilingual in English and Japanese (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and QM
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred
• Knowledge of ABAP programming language is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Be based in JAPAN.
