業務内容

• データに基づいた課題を自ら見出し分析して営業チームへトレーニングプログラムを計画して実施する。
• 最も効率的なコンテンツを提供するための学習方法を理解し、最適なタイミンツで提供する。
• プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、及びコーチングスキルを使用して営業チームの成功をサポートするための情報とトレーニングを提供する。
• Train the Trainerプログラムを計画して実施する。
• 製品及びビジネストレーニングプログラムを実施する。

• Analyze issues for Distributers based on data.
• Plan and implement tailor-made training program with Account Managers and Plaza (Shop) team that meets the needs of Distributers and is in line with company's strategy.
• Understand the learning method to provide the most effective content and provide it at the optimal timing.
• Provide information and training to support Distributer's success with presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills through ILT/VILT.
• Plan and implement "Train the Trainer program" for Distributer leaders.
• Prepare tools / materials suitable for Distributer needs and provide optimal training experience.
• Share best practices with team members.
• Implement products and business training program including leadership, coaching, growth mindset.
