We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for a well-known hotel in Sapporo. Your main goal will be to increase revenue through strategic room and banquet sales. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background in hospitality. You will work in a lively environment in central Sapporo and have the opportunity to grow your sales career with a leading hotel.

主な業務内容：

- 客室および宴会の収益を向上させるための営業戦略を策定・実行。

- ネットワーキングやクライアントとの関係構築を通じて新規ビジネスを開拓。

- クライアントとの強固な関係を維持し、ロイヤルティとリピートビジネスを確保。

- 社内チームと協力して優れたサービスを提供し、クライアントのニーズを満たす。

- 上級管理職向けの営業報告書、予測、プレゼンテーションを準備。

応募資格：

- ホスピタリティまたはイベント管理での営業経験と成功実績。

- 強力なネットワーキングおよびビジネス開発スキル。

- 優れたコミュニケーションおよび交渉スキル。

- 日本語と英語に堪能であること。

- 迅速な環境で独立して働く能力。

- 客室および宴会/イベント販売の経験。

- リーダーシップ経験。
