Our client, a top global hotel group, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in Tokyo.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality who wants to lead a sales team and drive business growth. You'll be working with a respected hotel group, leading a skilled team, and contributing to exciting projects in the hospitality field.

主な業務内容：

- 営業計画を策定し、ビジネス目標を達成し、市場シェアを拡大する。
- 営業チームをリードし、優れたパフォーマンスと顧客サービスを促進する。
- 顧客、パートナー、ステークホルダーとの強固な関係を構築・維持し、ブランドの評判と顧客ロイヤルティを向上させる。
- 市場動向と競合他社の活動を分析し、新たなビジネスチャンスと営業戦略を見つけ出す。
- 異なるチームと協力し、営業活動をマーケティングや業務目標と連携させる。

応募資格：

- ホテル業界での営業経験があり、特に国際的なホテルグループでの経験がある方。
- 営業チームを管理し、動機づけるリーダーシップスキルを持つ方。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力を持ち、多様なクライアントやパートナーと協力できる方。
- 結果重視の戦略的思考を持ち、急速に変化する環境に適応できる方。
- 英語と日本語に堪能であれば尚可。
