Sales Associate – New Headcount up to 10m

• Responsible for winning new business and developing existing clients
• Full client management including lifecycle from the point of onboarding
• Analysis of target clients and problem resolution for existing clients
• Be an advocate for the brand, proactively seek referrals
• Provide adequate training to new clients on products and services
• Conduct foundational client due diligence
• Regular travel to designated sales area

• 1-5 years’ experience within sales with a proven track record
• Ideally within financial services, payments, fintech or IT
• Influential communicator / negotiator
• Able to work independently
• Detail orientated and highly diligent
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in Japanese, business level English
