We are looking for a New Graduate Recruiter to join a leading global financial institution in Tokyo. You will help shape the company's talent recruitment by creating and applying campus hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- - Create and implement campus recruitment plans aligned with global goals.
- - Manage the full recruitment process, from planning to onboarding.
- - Handle budget for graduate programs.
- - Serve as the main contact for candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- - Use the Candidate Management System for reports and interview scheduling.
- - Oversee onboarding for new hires.
- - Participate in regional and global projects, focusing on assessment tools and localization.
- - Follow recruitment policies and provide related training.
- - Organize local onboarding and work with global training teams.
- - Support HR services and advise on HR policies and processes.
- - Collaborate with business and HR teams on talent acquisition, diversity, and employee relations.
- - Contribute to organizational changes and restructuring.
Skills and Experience Required:
- - 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in finance or large organizations.
- - Strong understanding of business needs.
- - Experience in managing senior stakeholders and effective communication.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, fluent in English and Japanese.
