We are looking for a Sales Associate to join a leading company in the financial services industry in Tokyo.

This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates with some knowledge of financial services, especially in exchanges, futures, options, and derivatives. You will work in an engaging environment that focuses on client interaction with innovative trading solutions and market data.

- 日本市場における先進的なプラットフォームソリューションとデータサービスのプロモーション
- プラットフォームソリューションや市場データ製品のデモンストレーションおよびトレーニングの提供
- スムーズなクライアントの導入支援を確保し、グローバルコマンドセンターを含む社内チームと協力して技術的な質問に対応
- 市場データおよびプラットフォームソリューションの販売機会を積極的に追跡し、管理

必須資格：

- 日本語と英語に堪能
- 金融市場、特にデリバティブ取引プラットフォームと市場データサービスに関する基本的な理解
- 主体性とプロジェクト管理スキル、効果的にフォローアップする能力
- 強力なコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、独立して働くこともグローバルチームの一員として働くことも可能
- 問題解決能力と内部プロセスの遵守への誠実さ
- カスタマーサポートとクライアント関係管理の経験
- Google WorkspaceとSalesforceの知識
