AI技術を活用し社会問題の解決に取り組む企業にて、サイトリライアビリティエンジニアとしてのご活躍をお待ちしております。この役割では、AIソフトウェアソリューションの開発と導入の際に生じるエンジニアリングの課題解決へのご専門性とご意欲が求められます。

主な職務内容:

• キープロセスと手順の最適化により製品開発に貢献。
• 効果的な製品計画と提供を実現する堅牢なソリューションの開発と導入。

必要な資格・経験:

• GCP、AWS、Azureなど、一つ以上のクラウドプラットフォームに対する専門知識。
• ソース制御、CI/CD、インフラ自動化、オーケストレーション、デプロイメント自動化、コンフィギュレーション管理についての総合的な理解。
• Chef、Packer、Terraformなどのツールを使用したインフラストラクチャ・アズ・コード概念の習熟度。
• 必要に応じたオンコール対応の可否。
• ビジネスレベルの英語と日常会話レベルの日本語、またはその逆のバイリンガル能力。

望ましい経験:

• スタートアップ環境での勤務経験。
• Java、C/C++、Python、Ruby、JavaScript、GO、Perlなどのプログラミング言語での経験。
• Unix/Linuxベースの大規模ソフトウェアシステムに関する知識。
• Collectd、Grafana、Nagiosなどのモニタリング・メトリクスシステムでの経験。
• 開発、製品、ビジネスチームとの効果的な協力の実績。
• ウェブアプリケーションセキュリティのベストプラクティスに関する理解。

Key Duties:

• Contribute to product development by establishing and optimizing key processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement robust solutions that facilitate effective product planning and delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

• Expertise in at least one cloud platform (such as GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Comprehensive understanding of source control, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, orchestration, deployment automation, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code concepts, with experience in tools such as Chef, Packer, or Terraform.
• Willingness to work on-call as needed.
• Bilingual, with business-level English and conversational Japanese, or vice versa.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous work in a startup environment.
• Programming experience in languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, GO, or Perl.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux-based large-scale software systems.
• Experience with monitoring and metrics systems like Collectd, Grafana, or Nagios.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with development, product, and business teams.
• Understanding of web application security best practices.
