Your Opportunity: As the Retail Training Manager / Trainer, you will lead the retail training function, ensuring that our store teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding client experiences.

How You Will Contribute:

  1. Implement Training Strategies: Ensure consistent execution of training strategies.

  2. New Hire Induction: Facilitate new hire induction programs for both office and retail teams.

  3. Training Program Development: Support product training, retail skill development, and customer service training.

  4. Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis for the local market and develop tailored training plans.

  5. Training Material Management: Review and manage training materials to ensure alignment with standards.

  6. Retail Career Program Support: Assist in planning and delivering trainings for store employees.

  7. Training Vendor Management: Select and manage training vendors.

  8. Reporting: Prepare training-related reports for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in retail training management.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
