Our client are seeking a Regional Marketing Director with a cross-functional background in overseeing marketing and communications.

This is a senior leadership role. You will have the opportunity to develop marketing strategies across the Japan / Micronesia region. You will have strategic oversight on brand recognition, new openings, and customer journeys / loyalty programs.

担当業務：

• ・ブランドイメージ向上のための戦略を作成し、実施する。
• ・ホテルの新規開業、再ブランディング、大規模な改修のマーケティングを主導。
• ・日本及びミクロネシアでのブランドとホテルの可視性を高めるコンテンツ戦略を指導。
• ・不動産所有者向けのマーケティングとコミュニケーションを管理。
• ・効果的なコミュニケーションを通じて危機と問題を対処。
• ・新しいホテルのオープニングにおけるマーケティングの側面を主導。
• ・ロイヤルティプログラムと関連パートナーシップを監督。
• ・運営、営業など他の社内チームと緊密に連携。

応募資格：

• ・マーケティング経験10年以上。
• ・リーダーシップまたはマネジメントの経験。
• ・戦略的に考え、データを分析する能力。
• ・日本とミクロネシアでの異文化やビジネス慣行との協力経験（推奨）。
