We are actively seeking a Regional Consulting Lead (People Manager) for a reputable client in the IT cloud products sector based in Tokyo.

The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services.
• Manage multiple team members.
• Oversee migration, implementation, and managed services for global organizations.
• Foster constant innovation, leading in the introduction of new techniques and methodologies.
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in consulting or IT services.
• Experience in end-to-end IT service delivery.
• Leadership roles with international organizations (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Knowledge of current cloud transformation trends.
• Ability to innovate and improve customer service.
