Recruitment Specialist / Manager (AI Technology) - テレワーク OK!

Our client are a rising start-up in AI technology, recruiting someone to lead in-house recruitment efforts as they continue to grow.

This is a chance to take on a wide range of responsibility at the front of a growing company - with a great working environment. Fully remote work options are available.

Responsibilities:

• - End-to-end recruitment process (incl. finding candidates, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
• - Build relationships with hiring managers across various departments
• - Employer branding initiatives
• - Manage applicant tracking system / reports.
• - Manage external vendors.

Qualifications:

• - Experience in recruiting (in-house OR agency-side)
• - Knowledge of various recruitment platforms
• - Interest in and knowledge of AI technology (preferred)
• - Experience in a start-up or growing environment (preferred)
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
