Our client are a growing company in the real estate and financial services sectors. They're hiring an experienced Recruiter to help fuel their continued growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone with TA experience to take on wider HR responsibilities and develop their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Create and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• - Attract & hire for various roles.
• - Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
• - Work closely with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• - 4+ years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• - Direct sourcing experience
• - Experience recruiting for Real Estate, Investment, or Financial Services (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
