Key Responsibilities:

• - Create and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• - Attract & hire for various roles.
• - Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
• - Work closely with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• - 4+ years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• - Direct sourcing experience
• - Experience recruiting for Real Estate, Investment, or Financial Services (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
