業務内容：

• アジャイル開発とデジタル変革を重点とした技術プロジェクトの統括。
• 様々な業界の関係者と連携し、プロジェクトの範囲とビジネス戦略の整合を図る。
• IT及び開発チームを指導し、プロジェクトの範囲設定、ソリューションの提案、及び迅速な価値提供を支援。
• プロジェクトの成果を定期的に評価し、改善点を特定。会議の運営と意思決定プロセスの管理。

応募資格：

• ソフトウェア開発におけるプロジェクト管理またはチームリーダーとしての4年以上の経験。
• Webアプリケーション技術に関する知識およびソースコードレビューの能力。アジャイル手法に関する経験が望ましい。
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、分析力、問題解決能力。
