You will identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders in order to deliver business, operational, or technical improvements, with clear systems to measure improvements, optimizations, and performance metrics. Main qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
     
  • 5 years of experience with digital transformation using cloud-based solutions, managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, professional services and distributed teams.
     
  • Experience in program management, client service, or management consulting.
     
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese. 
  • Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base, and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
