Responsibilities:

• Lead a team, ensuring effective work distribution, staff management, and performance assessment.
• Develop and maintain project quotation and delivery processes to enhance efficiency.
• Guide clients on enterprise solutions and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Build relationships with third-party partners and collaborate with global teams for project success.

Experience/Qualifications:

• At least 6 years in application implementation and team leadership, managing teams of 7 or more.
• Strong in software project management, both on-premise and cloud-based.
• Familiar with SAP implementation and enterprise solutions.
• Capable of engaging with both business and technical teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experienced in project delivery and remote team management.
