Production Support - Global Investment Bank (HYBRID!)

Responsibilities

• Support the middle office division for a wide range of applications designed to facilitate the successful execution of various important financial processes
• Function as the regional Subject Matter Expert and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders in operations, data Management and IT regionally and globally
• A combination of L1 and L2 functions

Requirements

Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in a Production Support role
• Operating systems knowledge (Windows, Unix, Linux)
• Strong scripting skills (e.g. Shell Scripting, Python, Perl)
• Strong working knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries

Preferred

• Business level Japanese
• Knowledge and experience in IT automation
• Experience with Autosys or other batch management tools
• Full understanding of ITIL
• Working knowledge of back office platforms within a financial institution
