Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of payment products for the Japanese market
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, marketing, legal, and finance teams
• Negotiate agreements with external partners
• Ensure product teams, designers, and engineers work towards common goals

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English
• Experience in developing payment products for Japanese consumers
• Ability to work with teams from different departments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
