We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product strategy and development for a leading biotech and medical device company. This role is perfect for someone who is strategic and innovative, with a strong background in biotechnology. You will help shape the future of medical technologies, working on innovative products and collaborating with industry leaders.





主な業務内容：

• プロダクトのライフサイクルをコンセプトからローンチまで管理する。
• 会社の目標に合致したプロダクト戦略を開発し、実行する。
• 市場調査を行い、業界のトレンドや顧客ニーズを把握する。
• R&D、マーケティング、セールスチームと協力する。
• プロダクトのパフォーマンスを分析し、必要に応じて改善を行う。
• 製品が業界の規制や基準を満たすようにする。

応募資格：

• バイオテクノロジーまたはヘルスケア業界におけるプロダクトマネジメントの経験。
• バイオテクノロジーおよび医療機器市場に関する深い理解。
• 優れたプロジェクト管理およびリーダーシップスキル。
• 複雑なデータを分析し、実行可能な戦略を作成する能力。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と協調性。
• 英語に堪能な方、日本語スキルがあると尚可。
