A major global MLM client is seeking a Product Development Supervisor based in Tokyo. This is a leadership role, central to the company's growth, with a focus on product strategy, commercialization, and market analysis.

職務内容:

• チームのリードと管理。
• 日本向けの製品ポートフォリオ戦略の開発と維持。
• 新製品開発のすべての段階を監督、商業化と立ち上げを含む。
• 新製品パイプラインの市場動向分析。
• 4P（製品、価格、プロモーション、配置）のマーケティング戦略を適用。
• 数値の分析と戦略的取り組みの推奨。

必要資格:

• 製品マーケティングまたはブランド管理の5年以上の経験。
• チームをリードする2〜3年の経験。
• プロジェクトの概念化と実施の経験。
• 分析的かつ戦略的なスキル。
