Procurement Planning Manager - FMCG

We are looking for a Procurement Planning Manager for a leading company in the food industry in Tokyo. This role is a chance to shape the future of their Purchasing Department and offers a path to a department head position. The successful candidate will work in a setting that supports new ideas and professional growth. You will play a key role in improving purchasing operations and boosting cost-efficiency within the food supply chain.

業務内容：

- 新しい購買および物流戦略の開発と適用
- グローバルな最適実践を活用したローカル業務の改善
- 年間購買予算の計画と管理
- コスト削減策を実施するための各部門との協力
- 購買業務の拡大プロジェクトのリード（ジョイントベンチャーやB2Bプラットフォームなど）
- ビジネスプロセスの合理化とデジタル化のためのチームとの協力
- 部門強化のための人材戦略の策定と実施

応募資格：

- 購買または食品業界（小売、フードサービス、貿易、製造）での5年以上の経験
- 中規模から大規模企業での部門横断的な改革プロジェクトのリード経験
- 利益改善や業務プロセス最適化に関するコンサルティング経験があれば尚可
- 積極的な問題解決アプローチを持つ強力なリーダーシップスキル
- 食品業界への情熱と結果達成へのコミットメント
