Procurement Manager - Energy 調達マネージャー（エネルギー部門）・東京

A leading client in the industrial sector is actively seeking a Procurement Manager for their Energy division in Tokyo. The selected candidate will have people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of two: one permanent and one temporary staff member.
• Collaborate with various teams on project-related procurement.
• Align procurement activities with project milestones.
• Procure assigned commodities.
• Assist in procurement risk assessment, standardization, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in Procurement and/or Project Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Previous experience in power plants or large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage various stakeholders.

• 正社員1名、派遣社員1名の監督
• プロジェクトに関連した調達活動のチーム協力
• 調達プロセスとプロジェクト進行の調整
• 指定された商品の調達管理
• 調達に関連するリスク評価、標準化、報告の補佐

求める資格:

• 調達、またはプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験3年以上
• 経営学、または工学の学士または修士号
• 英語及び日本語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
• 大規模建設プロジェクトなどでの調達経験があれば尚可
• 多様なステークホルダーと効果的に連携できる能力
