Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Process Safety & Risk Management Expert to enhance safety standards in the chemical industry. This remote role, involving bi-weekly visits to the site, highlights our focus on upholding safety and managing risks effectively.

- 安全およびリスク管理技術の日本国内での一貫した活用を確保
- プロセス危険分析（PHA）、爆発防護や火災予防戦略の先導
- 変更管理（MOC）プロセスの管理とコーディネーターのサポート
- 事故調査への参加、根本原因分析の実施と是正措置の提案
- プロセス安全教育の提供と安全コンセプト開発への貢献
- プロジェクトエンジニアやプロセスエンジニアと協力し、安全基準の維持および地域安全チームとの連携

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of experience in operational roles within the chemical industry, particularly in high-risk environments
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Process Safety Manager, PHA Facilitator, or Process Safety/Risk Management Engineer
- Proficient in both Japanese and English
- Strong knowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, and risk assessment in the chemical industry
- Familiarity with explosion protection, fire prevention, and emergency management
- Understanding of process automation, instrumentation and electrical engineering, and safety instrumented functions
- Skills in thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, and material science
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management and NFPA standards is a plus

応募資格：

- 化学業界での運用ロールにおいて少なくとも8年の経験、特に高リスク環境での経験
- プロセスセーフティーマネージャー、PHAファシリテーター、またはプロセス安全/リスク管理エンジニアとしての最低4年の経験
- 日本語と英語に堪能であること
- 化学業界におけるHAZOP、HAZID、リスク評価の強い知識
- 爆発防護、火災予防、緊急管理に精通
- プロセスオートメーション、計装および電気エンジニアリング、安全計装機能の理解
- 熱力学、化学動力学、材料科学におけるスキル
- 根本原因分析手法の経験
- OSHAプロセス安全管理およびNFPA基準の知識があれば尚可
