Process Design & New Technology Specialist (FMCG production)

Our client are a global FMCG leader (food & beverage) recruiting a Process Design and New Technology Specialist.

You will lead the implementation of new lines, technologies, and processes.

Responsibilities:

• ・ Lead, manage, and develop team members.
• ・ Assess proposed implementations (taking into account manufacturing standards, specifications, layout, initial investment, schedule, and site evaluation).
• ・ Lead equipment design; prioritize efficient operation and cost reduction.
• ・ Work closely with both factory staff and local administration.
• ・ Promote standardization of equipment and buildings.
• ・ Develop competitive strategies using forward-thinking technologies.
• ・ Implement and evaluate capital plans to increase productivity.

Qualifications:

• ・ Must be fluent in Japanese.
• ・ 5+ years relevant experience.
• ・ Experience in team leadership.
• ・ Strong project management skills.
• ・ Knowledge of production equipment.
• ・ Knowledge of food quality management and beverage technology (preferred).
