Responsibilities

• Conduct rate setting analysis, and support in presentation to senior leaders
• Analyze market yield movement and evaluate impact on product profitability and competitive market positioning
• Assess insurance market data and company product portfolio strategy
• Support monitoring on products with segregated funds
• Support product pricing in new product development

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Business level Japanese and Business level English
• Working experience in MS Office (Excel, VBA)
• At least 3 years' experience in actuarial roles in life insurance industry OR associateship/fellowship with a major actuarial body

Preferred

• Working experience with AXIS
• Strong product knowledge and market experience
• Work experience in a multicultural environment
• Pricing experience is strongly preferred
