主な業務内容：

• 日常の会計業務および財務報告の管理
• 規則に基づく財務諸表の作成と提示
• 予算策定や予測支援のための各チームとの協力
• 差異分析を行い、ビジネスインサイトを提供
• 社内管理および方針に基づくコンプライアンスの確保
• 財務監査への協力と改善提案の実施

応募資格：

• 会計、金融、または関連分野の学士号
• 3年以上の会計実務経験（FMCGまたは金融サービス分野での経験が望ましい）
• 会計原則および財務報告に関する強い知識
• 会計ソフトおよびMicrosoft Officeのスキル
• 優れた分析力と問題解決能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
• 自立して働き、複数のタスクを効果的に処理できる方
